Why I liked this title:
I really enjoyed this book, even though I don’t usually go for anything about time travel. I do, however, love the theatre and this book had a lot to offer. Nat Field has been chosen to play the part of Puck in an all-boys company performing Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the famous Globe Theatre in London. Once in London, however, he becomes seriously ill with a high fever and wakes up to find himself transported 400 years into the past and acting with William Shakespeare himself! With skillful weaving between the past and present, we see a fascinating look at life in Elizabethan England, its sights and smells, as well as an amazing look at what life was like in the theatre.
