Why I liked this title:
When 10-year-old Sarah's best friend suddenly moves away, Sarah is very sad. She really isn't interested in being friends with anyone else, but, when a new girl moves in and is put in Sarah's class, they are thrown together because they are both Chinese. The new girl, Ting (or Tina, as she is known in America) is from China and misses her best friend, too. She doesn't speak much English and Sarah doesn't speak any Chinese. Do they have anything in common and can they overcome their own problems and sadness to become friends?
