Why I liked this title:
Lily lives in San Francisco's Chinatown but doesn't really know a lot about her Chinese heritage. When Lily's great-aunt "Tiger Lil," a glamorous former film star, comes to visit she changes that very quickly. Lily's aunt is hired to organize the Chinese New Year parade and she involves Lily and her friends in a mystery adventure involving stolen pearls, a local sweatshop, and and some wealthy residents of Chinatown who are not what they appear. There are some really funny scenes where Lily is dressed up as a tube of ointment in the parade.
