Why I liked this title:

This is another adventure that happens in the chilled waters of Alaska. September and Ivan are left in their family’s cabin on Steamer’s Cove while their dad is on a trip for King Crab in the western waters of Alaska for a week. Their only contact with their father and the rest of the world is with a radio. The connection is soon broken when Ivan hot wires his Game Boy to the radio wrong and trashes both the radio and the Game Boy. The only thing they can do is take the radio across the bay to the village and have it repaired. But first they have to make some money for the repairs and then the parts have to be ordered. How will they ever get all this done before their dad returns? Then there is a big storm... .
